Easter Sunday is one week away (April 12, 2020) and I adore all of the displays and decorations for this fresh time of year. I always get jittery for this al-fresco-dining, fresh-produce-picking, and garden-selecting season. I also love southern California in the spring. It’s an ideal temperature and weather and everything is growing in abundance (even if that includes weeds) with fresh vegetables and fruit all over.
For an Easter dinner tablescape, I love a table with pops of color and a variety of textures (like these straw placemats, solid wood, soft linens and silky flowers). Mixing fresh-cut florals, metallic flatware, crystal that lusters and outdoor elements such as olivewood and hyacinth, creates an interwoven display of spring.
